There is nothing happening in Stage 1 as it appears ready to go. Not sure what the hold up is. Have you had any further updates from your solicitor/conveyor?

We went for a look yesterday. They have fenced off Release2 and appear to be working there.
Release one looks more than ready to be built on.

Yes actually Clyde North but something else we've been told as they may be going to re-name the area. It's a lovely estate l just can't believe the delays
