Yeah, we paid the 5% deposit and signed contracts well before this news. That was about 6 weeks ago and now they told me this price change yesterday.

Yeah we have paid the 3.5K and the deposit and everything is going ahead to council very soon. Contracts were signed a while ago. Yeah its not a fixed tender…
