Finished product is not bad (although it's not 100% finished...)
Cost was around $600K. Definitely not a cheap option.
Frankly I wouldn't recommend it.

Our KDR is nearly complete (apart from the garage, which will be a separate project). It's in inner-west Melbourne.
The builder is Archiblox, and frankly we've had a fairly mixed…
