yeh but it is a big difference between paying $1500 for a job or $3000?? our driveway was around 45m2 and cost us around $2700???

that is a mesh to protect the wood, not plastic as that would hold the water in on the wood. that is my DH in the pics.

they are only 2x sleepers high (400mm), we have aggi pipe and skoria in the wall to help with drainage. but that pic was taken after the heavy rain…
