Sounds about right. And at that amount will be a very nice home.
Granted the $4000 quote included higher ceilings, double glazing everywhere etc etc. but just not needed.

Agree with above. And any builder is only as good as their trades.
I’m trying to find a happy medium. Quoted $4000sqm from a custom builder.
