I received an update a few days ago saying early September now. This developer is extremely frustrating. Funny how we’re all receiving different answers.

I believe the Alfred Road drainage works are taking longer than they expected. I feel your frustration, I think I signed in April 2017.

Further delays until August 2019.

I was told January 2018 title date when I signed the papers.
