Once you are happy with the changes and sign the final tender/precontract, the next step as i understand is final contract

We are building in Westmead. It hasnt reached council stage so far. It is after the contract in my undersanding.

We had our survey done around 2 months back and have signed the final tender. Just waiting for the building contract.
We chose scarborough facade. How about you?

Yep it is a detached 60sqm granny flat. We are building in Westmead.
So far so good.. selected Coral after 7-8 months of visits to display homes around nsw..
