I've read my own council's LEP numerous times and worked with an architect to understand my own lot size and problems.

Thanks. There are plenty of builders around my suburb. I'll make sure to do some door-to-door knocking, or note their building details on the temp fence.

Bayside Council LEP - minimum lot size is 350 sqm. Your land size would need to be a minimum of 700 sqm to build a duplex (and sub-divide).
