For us they took deposit 7-8 months back. Confirmed studio mar 2022. Instead came back they can't build. Good luck!

Sharing bitter experience. Paid deposit 7 months back after Victoria biggest bulk builder confirmed they will build. Showed us the house proposed and booked for Mar 2022 studio. Instead gave us surprise that they can't build. Not only we lost precious 7-8 moths, but all project timelines pushed and cost gone up. Not sure if legally we seek compensation from builder. Any advice please.
