is this price for labor ?

I done my prefab frame with trussfab ,they are very good price for 34 SQ double storey house was $19500 ,they are very helpfull for the owner builder .

my concrete contactor want charge me $1500 for the pump for less than a day ,it was small pump truck not the big one , I need your opinion please…
