Slab is 450 only, no option for bigger.
Considering now JG only include tiles in bathroom and laundry and not kitchen their comments seem a bit strange.

Nice yes we are on 6.5 acres (little smaller) and have power, water bit of a sticker shock of running the power up to house and ours was only 120ish…

ok so went thought the file and photos and have some colours..
we are going mainly with greys and then adding colour with furniture and accessories
