they always say with materials like that that there is variation between batches. thats why flooring like bricks they mix the box contents up to even out any variation…

only let them complete the outer bits, and have own floors/paving/ tiling etc done. not only will we save money but will also be able to manage these things

makes turnkey sound more complicated than do it yourself afterwards at least if plan to diy afterwards you can do some of the siteworks yourself to cut costs
