Any one have any idea or working knowledge of how to repair a large crack in amud brick wall

I have found a neat way of bending rebar. Two steel round pegs in atree stump with abending bar does the trick.

Any one know if 100 x 50 steel RHS maximum span and if two back to back how far will they span
