wongbruce sorry we were out camping. I don't know how to get apple to Apple comparisons as I can't share the house plan of one company with another. The only way I can see is doing our own design and then getting a quote based on that but then you lose out on some of the creative and different ideas we have got from builders that have there own customised designs.
