Woss we are building with Kurmond and they just said due to your house design we are just going to submit to council and bypass CDC.

We were held up only 2 days. I was pushing our solicitors pretty hard to settle, had them contacting vendor every day since it was registered.

We settled yesterday on our block. Now just getting plans ready to submit to council
