If you are building custom house, I would recommend also considering alternatives such as ICF using Durisol-Nexcem blocks.
It uses woodcrete formwork (made of 90% of timber mixed with portland cement)…

I can’t comment exactly as our builder uses Hebel…

We’ve got hebel and I don’t mind it. Have lived in a brick house before too and can’t really say there’s much difference if at all.
