Ours don't actually have a handle or a lock. It's being kept shut using magnets.
Usually I just pull the frame to open it.

Was thinking about doing it myself but ended up getting a landscaper to do both front and back. If i was doing it, might not finished until next year.

For downlight provision, they will cut the hole, run the wiring and terminate each downlight hole with a 3-pin socket. You'll need to buy the downlight with the normal power…

It really depends on the build..
We got an inspector and few things were picked up that was non-compliant.
eg;
Balcony weep holes were covered or not cut enough by tilers.
Door frame…

I will be doing this at some point but didn't do it via Wisdom.
Plan on getting a ZWave controller and dimmers so I can easily control things around the house.

We originally wanted Boral salt and pepper mix but didn't want the yellow rocks that it has in there. Our concreter recommended…

Just curious, with your shower niche is it kind of sloping downwards a bit?
Ours is not flat and a little slope. Not sure if that's by design or not.

Think it was $70 or $75 for down lights provisioned.
There's a few place you can get down lights, just have to shop around.

Yep got provisioned with W, they will cut the hole and run the cables to it and terminate with a 3 pin socket.
Just buy down lights which has the transformer…
