Bricks are usually loaded a week after slab pour and then bricklayers start a week after that. That's a generalisation though, obviously other factors involved

It's highly recommended to wait as long as possible to ensure there is no moisture left in the bricks and/or plaster, as once you seal it, you trap anything remaining…
