Thanks...it appears at this stage they are each saying it is not there problem, even though Dulux guarantees that their paint won't flake blister or peel, and the painter guaranteed…

I've spoken to the Dulux tech who is testing the paint samples..he said there was no problem with the moisture levels... everything was 'nice and dry' which rather surprised him.

The walls back onto bedrooms lounge kitchen dining bathroom, basically all walls have some affected areas.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by checking the flashings and moisture barrier , where would they be?
