Yeah I realise this, but yes additional down lights, power points, pendants, outdoor lights etc.
As stated our last 2 builds, we did not have to go through builder.

Essential any additional electrical direct through electrician and not Clarendon electrical.

In relation to any additional electrical work, were you able to deal direct with electrician?
