Nature strip is turning green now with nice sunny days.

Side drain strip converted into nice veggie patch and now has two sleepers high retaining wall.

Front retaining walls are ready too.…

My reading on Internet is inclining me towards Zoysia Empire. Apparently it's better than most varieties of buffalo, and very kids friendly.

Its a Neato VX-21, bought from Amazon.com
but we bought one from Aldi for $179 just few days ago for upstairs, and its doing a great job too.

Exposed aggregate all sealed. Today it was very time we parked our car in new driveway.
All retaining wall posts installed today. Can see landscaping progressing from here.

Thinking to leave them as is, but will see how would they look towards the end.
another idea is to use solar LED strips in blue colour to give them back…

Finally managed to install alfresco screens today
Can't wait to see varandah go on top of them. That will highlight my screens.

All fence fully closed now.
All exposed aggregate washed.

It was a good scene this morning when some tradies are on our site.

We got our TV antenna installed on roof.
Interestingly they kept telling me that antenna will sit inside roof cavity. I told them TV reception won't be possible inside colorbond roof.

Finally common bath feature tiles completed after five weeks waiting game.
