woohoo land settled yesterday but now i've seemed to have lost the number for doris to organise passes!

OmG!!!! shelley fingrs crossed just whpped off a few emails to find out what the deal is!!!!

all i know is that solicitor has been advised settlement end of this month, builder saying titles office mid june and commence building early july hopefully that was last saturday…

we had no probs with ours although we are building a little house nothing too fancy! is anyone else in Baltic circuit?

Received an email from solicitor today saying stage 13 settlement expected late JUne finally woohoo

drove past stage 13 today roads have started going down and some driveways and footpaths layed.csnt wait for settlement hurry up haha

stage 13 pushed back to June worried about first home owners grant now and don't know how to go about extending it.
