We paid extra for the terracotta roof tiles which are resistant to fading and I think they have a 25 year guarantee. I’ve heard that the colourbond does fade.

We have a very similar laundry to this. I will check our plans but would imagine support would be needed as the Caesarstone is quite heavy.
