My advice would be to anyone asked to pay an additional amount as the price was only held for X amount of time should tell the builder they will not…

Our builder has already told us the site costs are $9940 including OH&S and temporary fencing, however excluding council cost of around $3,000.
This is all fixed in. Apparently some builders…
