Mubs Some original buyers have struggled to even get the contract price so you better have a large deposit if you pan on paying more than that. Also at Fairwater the prices peaked for the release that is now half settled and prices rose slower after that so it seems unreasonable for the vendor to expect much more. The only dip in prices since then was for the release next to the train line.
