yes, but quite a few lots went unsold in the NOV vip release, and these were resold in the next release in march/april...so this land registration would be for both.

someone posted on the schofields facebook page that they received email from stockland on 16th saying that their land will register in a weeks time...did you get any update?

couple of weeks back when i checked, the 320 size lots were for 429k and the 400 size were in the 525-530 range

u can register from their website or you can call up their sales team. If u pay 5k, u will be put on their priority list
