Thats true sogg, I found my tiles $35 sqm cheaper than builder as well. What's your estimate/ quote for laying tiles externally ?

Does that mean builder will give you the concrete flooring with skirtings on and when you do external tiling/ carpeting it will need to be removed and put back on…
