- category 3 carpets
- category 2 bricks
- vinyl base cabinets to kitchen

We are looking to build the Rochford 40 and wondered if anyone knows the approx cost to upgrade carpet to Category 3 and bricks to category 2.
Also kitchen base cupboards…
