Slab went down today almost after 15 days of site start. Hopefully things will speed up from here . How is everyone going on with their build?

Our land was titled late last month and only thing left was building permit. Just got email for water connection. Hopefully next week will be the start

Been 2 weeks and I am still waiting to hear about building permit and engineering..thought they would be quicker as you said 2 weeks

Hopefully they start building by next month. Soil test done developers req done, once we get green lights from council it should start. Want to move in before Christmas

Finally the land settled today .. so excited.. 3 months delay from initial date. Hopefully building starts within a month

I guess once developer gets statement of compliance, builder can do soil test.. thanks everyone for the info.. revised date of title: late May

Same here.my initial date was feb 2017, and I finally got an email saying the lot will be pegged by 1st week of April and title to be estimated 1st…

That's exciting hope it builds faster lol

Still haven't heard anything from developers.. hopefully council works and all paperworks be sorted out this month... waiting is not cool at all
