What type of errors?

You haven't had yours yet? They went through the variations summary and final construction drawings and got us to sign off on them so they could release to construction team...

We completed our site start appointment yesterday and they are now organising for the trades etc for the site...they have a maximum of 21 days to organise however they advised…

Received our approved construction certificates today.

Update: private certifier to release construction certificate soon... Should receive notice this week or next week latest according to Eden Brae

Is that what Eden Brae have advised you? Confused why it's going to take another month to start ?

Hope settlement does well today. I have my settlement on Tuesday due to delay in notice received by vendors

How's everyone's prep for settlement? And any indication from Eden brae of when they can expect to start construction thereafter?

Solicitors just confirmed with me that the approved plans have been submitted to LPI and settlement notice should be in 2 weeks.

Notices hills shire app page states the application status as "approved" - can we expect notice this week? Time will tell!

Drove through the estate yesterday. Was good to put two feet on my lot and properly assess all things. Anyone know when council and lpi re-open?

Just received a DA check from EB and request to finalise variations. It appears things should be sorted within a week or two... Which may result in at least slab…

We got an email from Eden Brae advising end of this month they anticipate settlement for land... Which would mean land to be registered anytime now? Not holding my breath…

We talking early November or late November? If late then doubt much construction will take place given the 5 week hiatus for building industry in December.
