I've upload the images. Leakage in ceiling is marked in pencil and leakage spot above the ceiling in roof is marked in Red.

By seeing this amount of standing water in the pipe(70mm standing water in 100mm pipe) , I doubt they would have graded with 1:100 ratio.

In early 2017, Eden Brae took a deposit of 5% and signed a building contract with detailed plan in it. The building plan in contract had all easements in it.
