i would use it after, tho doubt it would be much good after planning that much timber!

less than $2000 and apart from the glue, in great shape.

I guess thats an option but I'm looking at almost 200 sqm and cost is a problem.
Did think about buying a cheep thicknesser but it might get a bit tedious…
