We changed from the wrought iron to painted timber balustrades and it cost $840.

Tbh I'm not sure what you mean, we upgraded the stairs and it was about 3.5k.. hope that helps?

Had a site visit today with the SS and it was confirmed that the slab is being poured tomorrow.

Good progress this week finished off with the plumbing in preparation for the slab to be done next week. The pods and steel has been delivered to site.
