I'm getting a quote for clean and seal. They claim its got a 15 year warranty - with a good 10 years usage.
I guess this is better than painting.

Don't "abuse" them (ie overload, force, ignore warnings etc);
Keep them clean;
Buy quality rather than crap;
READ the guidelines booklets and use them accordingly.
Generally applies to all.
