Swordfish we have tender coming up in october . I am just worried about the additional costs as they keep on saying they cannot give me a fixed number untill the land is tittled. I still have a couple of changes planning to make.Please let me know how did your tender go? Also they quoted 13K for the flooring in the greenvale display !!! Now having a second thought about going hard fllor or different tiles

300mm fill is very less. There is lot of fill in stage 8, 15 etc.. My land has over 2meter of fill.
