Thank you Nathan - just wondered if anyone has had any experience with a developer not including subject to finance clause for a land that’s hasn’t titled.

New to the process - has anyone signed a land contract with the “subject to finance” clause after paying 5%?? And how did that go any risks incurred? Thank you…
