Yeah that includes all the electrical, $5K on PowerPoints, $8K on cabling, security and multiroom audio, probably $4k in lights etc. there was lots of things they priced two…

That colour in the kitchen is gorgeous. I just painted the backs of some white bookshelves a similar colour and i love it.
