Currently under construction with Boutique Homes just wondering has anyone chosen Sabal Shade laminate flooring & has any photos that they could post

But my advice would be to study colours & tiles etc well before your appointment…

Personally I wouldn’t skip any inspections for peace of mind

Our land was 1 year behind in titling in Sunbury
Do not believe a word that the developers tells you

Personally I think you need 3 pendants for a 3 metre long bench it would look much nicer 😁
