Hi I’m john just following your build , I live in chelsea and my friend in oakleigh wants to Kadar with Arden,Verona 34 with bridgehampton facade.we looked at leneeva ,Fairhaven and sienna but this one seems best value.were the footings/slab expensive.Arden include an h class slab but with being a KDR I presume that screwed piles will have to be used because the ground has been disturbed?were you satisfied with Arden?john from elsie grove thanks
