Because they tried three times to match the mortar and it looked rediculous everytime. In the end we were told it will never look perfect.

Homegroup have great designs and our salesman was awesome but beyond that I wouldn't recommend their quality of build. They market well is all I can say

Awesome looking house. Take it from me with regards to those damaged bricks, don't let them try and replace them as they will only make it look worse than it…

Keep a close eye on them. We had a shocking SS with HGWA. Still having problems 8 months after handover.
