Our house is in the final stages of construction so I cannot give you the 'lived in' assessment of the 536 yet.

Doubt it Williams Landing seems to be selling fairly well, plus with the train station opening up would harm your chances for a reduction.

Our slab is a H2 waffle raft without piers.
