we were quoted for a H2 class slab for the lot totaling to around $25,000
it is side slopped from left to right with around 1.8m fall according to contour diagrams

I've been told that the balmoral is a different design and has more brickwork on the top floor as standard compared to the Windermere 32.

I have got the deposit cheque with my solicitor at the moment with the signed contract but will be telling him to not exchange and cancel.
