Hi, handover was on schedule. Doing the move slow, still finishing the landscaping.
Landscaping a bit tricky because of the slope. Fortunate enough to have a knowledgeable landscaper on-board.

Hello, this is the Carolina 238 Metro facade. It’s standard height, porch area 4.5sq m.

Tentative date of handover is late August.

Month 6
Gyprock, cornice, architraves and baseboards installed. Kitchen cabinets and pantry cabinets, bathroom and ensuite vanity installed. Garage door installed. House is definitely locked up.
Water tank in.

We have the front door.

Cladding, aircon, electrical done. Pre-lining inspection on the 21st May.

Month 4

Bricks finished, gutters and fascia on.

Roof on. Plumbing rough-in done.

3rd month of build. Progress pics.

A week after.
Kitchen with window backsplash.
Garage. Massive backfill required.
Nice view out the window.

Update. The more ventilation the better. We have a massive subfloor cavity. Discussed options with landscaper and will build deck over entry and in front of window.

We are building a split level house on a BAL 19 rated sloping site. The house has subfloor vents with spark arresting vent hole covers.
