Did turning the knob work izzy?? We chose that tap for kitchen, butlers and laundry!!! She did tell us it splatters..... I thought if it was that bad they wouldn't…

It's crazy how inconsistent it is! We were going to pay them and they still said no!

Oh I just saw Pearz's comment. Argh! I know plastering is standard in the belle. Well. It had better be!

Ok so maybe I should just.... say nothing and hope for the best!?

It's definitely a big negative in going with a volume builder - having to deal with the cr@p!

We had the flooring under the stairs then our administrator said we can't. So they credited us back about $100! I then had to argue that it's a large space…

Amazing Izzy! Just gorgeous!
Yep we signed for the Sahara belle early May. I think the belle has a wider staircase too so really, it's ridiculous. I'll be questioning it!

Oh my goodness Izzy, congratulations! It really doesn't feel like that long ago that you posted slab photos!!!
Just a note regarding under the stairs... Henley told us we can't have…

Yes the ones I have currently match perfectly to the black aluminium frame but with timber it'd be trickier. I suppose matching to the rest of the handles would look…

Mirz we got the top dead bolts to comply with insurance standards as the sliders we got with Metricon didn't have keyed locks. (We requested them but they were missed!).…

We have these installed on our sliders. Great piece of mind. We will be getting them on our new house too!

I drove around our area today for a sticky beak at the houses being constructed. Soooo many garage doors had been forced open :/ Henley, Simonds etc should hire security…

The estate I'm building in enforces the landscaping guidelines. They send out fines and cut access to the lifestyle centre just for having one weed in your front garden!!

Why don't they ASK!? You can choose the location of everything else

What a nightmare! I'm sure Henley will get this fixed for you this week. They'd want to do it ASAP!

Not quite but we are changing our plans to simplify things with the bank. Basically selling up instead of making this house an investment!
