Talking of the flush bolts I actually got to speak with our chippy while he was there onsite yesterday..he suggested neither the sleek flushbolts (which require chisel) nor deadbolts provide…

That's exactly we observed in shop too. Newer Dyson V6 models are stronger but too expensive for us.
Bosch is about 500 grams heavier compare to Dyson stick but it really…

Nah, it was supposed to be concreting
150mm, 25 MPa, 72 reo, expansion joints, double coat wet look sealer. She can't complain for such fab gift

I think that cheque is better because you can control the payment and hand it over when you are satisfied with the build.

200% agreed on this. and this lousy attitude makes both owner and builder to suffer.
i have concluded that most of building issues are 10% builder and 90% tradies related. unfortunately…

I think to confirm this, will measure both cavities today and find out if any adjustments would be required for Bosch ovens to go in there.
