The RL's are set heights based on a datum.
Your Ground floor is 58.60m RL
If you add your 2700mm ceiling height and your 330mm upper floor depth (3.03m) it gives…

Your units are wrong 2400mm (millimetres)
AHD is 58.41m (Metres)
generally the FFL is 0c (0mm) , Brickwork 28c (2400mm) , etc
we use brick gauges in Perth HTH
