No, it didn't happen. Quickest? 16 months?

I chased them up to nail down a start date, they said next week start! Woohoo indeed!
Finally, we've been waiting for this since January. 2020!

We have our building permit! Oh, now we have to wait up to 10-15 business days for them to start?

We paid the 5% deposit on contract signing last November, so the only issue was waiting for building permit before the finance offer expires!

It was 12 months allowance from Jan 2020, without price change.

No price change, we already paid the 5% back in November.

Finally got some information. It's the neighbour's consent that is required! Hope they don't object, it's taken us a year to get this far!

And they already approved the planning permit, so why the delay now? It's still…

Thanks! It's been a loooong journey! We paid or $1,500 deposit around November 2019, and with all the Covid stuff last year, it has dragged out far longer than expected!
